My Priorities as your next DFL O&I officer
As I’ve connected with DFLers across the state, I’ve worked to identify both the gaps we face and the opportunities available to strengthen our party. Below, you’ll find a detailed set of outreach proposals I aim to implement as your next Outreach and Inclusion Officer, tailored to meet the party's needs and drive meaningful change.
See something missing or have questions about any of the pieces outlined? Please send me an email at WrightforOI@gmail.com, so we can work together to cultivate more ideas and proposals, together.

Outreach Proposal for Engaging Youth in Minnesota
As our Party’s next Outreach and Inclusion Officer, I am deeply committed to continuing to make sure young people in Minnesota have a real voice in shaping their future.
By creating leadership opportunities, addressing the issues that matter to them, and using digital tools to connect, we’re building a more engaged and empowered generation of voters. Through outreach, education, and direct involvement, we’re ensuring that youth are not just heard, but actively leading the way.

Outreach Proposal for Effective Engagement in Greater Minnesota
I’ve heard from many rural DFLers who live in communities where Republican support is strong, making “traditional” political conversations nearly impossible.
My proposal for engaging effectively in Greater Minnesota is based off of those conversations and focuses on equipping folks with the tools and confidence to engage in meaningful discussions, strengthen their local networks, and build lasting DFL support.
Through community engagement, digital outreach, and year-round organizing, we’re ensuring that rural DFLs feel connected, supported, and empowered to make a difference.

Outreach proposal for Expanding Outreach & Inclusion for Communities of Color in Minnesota
My proposal for engaging communities of color is developed based on my long-standing commitment and work to engage in communities that are too often unheard and overlooked.
It focuses on working to boost voter participation, create more economic opportunities, and make sure communities of color have a stronger voice in Minnesota’s future. Our plan includes voter education, support for small businesses, leadership training, and ongoing community organizing. By staying engaged year-round and tracking real results, we’ll make sure equity and inclusion aren’t just talk—they’re real, lasting changes.
